Send your order form after filling in.
You will receive your order confirmation after your order.
Please finish your payment within 10 days from your order.
We will send the delivery schedule to your email address after confirmation of your payment.

- Please put your ORDER NUMBER (you will receive it after your order) ahead of your name.
- The name of payer and name of order should be same.
In case the payer was Corporation, we will accept that if your order number can be identified. - Please transfer your payment within 10 days after your
order. If not, your order may be canceled

Delivery of your order
- After confirmed your payments, within 7 days you will receive your order.
(Except end of year and new year, August 10-15) - How to deliver : Takkyubin-Yamato (Delivery company) or Postal small package
Return and Cancellation
- We will accept a return, right after you broke the seal only when you accepted wrong delivery or your stamp was damaged.In that case, we will deliver your right stamp again. Your return can be sent to us by collect charge.
